A dash cam that is. I've been waiting for a bit to pick up a dashcam, and I saw this I said screw it. My wife has been asking for a dash cam just in case dumb shit happens. She was in one of those 4 car accidents a while back, where someone smashes into one person, and then a domino effect happens, luckily the car behind her barely tapped her. Anyways here is the link, it's a decent price, not as cheap as others, but this one supposedly records in 720p definition. Only problem is it'll take a good 3 weeks to get where it's going.
EDIT: Apparently kinja doesn't like my links, so just type it in, because anytime I try to link it, it doesn't seem to work: the link is: touchofmodern . com/sales/blue-tiger

Just curious what made you choose this one?

I dunno really, I've been wanting one for a long time, but all the good ones that I wanted were above 150, and the cheap ones I saw were all on ebay, and I try not to buy off ebay if I can help it. I saw this one, it said 720p, and was under 100 bucks, so I just said screw it, and pulled the trigger.
Mainly it was just being sick of not having a dash cam, and having the deal right there in my face made me just go for it. I'll put up a review of the product when I finally get it.

Here's a great website that has a ton of info on cams.
I have the G1W and has been working great for a few months. I suggest an add a fuse to hardwire any cam.

Awesome! Thanks man, I'll definitely be diving into this in length later today, this one I bought is more for my wife for a piece of mind type thing. I want one to double up as that and also as a camera for when I do Auto x's and ride on some windy roads.

Pretty much why I have mine. I forget I even have one half the time. It loops so I never have to worry about deleting files. I can barely see it since it's hidden behind the rear view mirror. I think everyone should have one.

I'm still confused as to why all dash cams aren't the tiny lipstick barrel. Guy I work with has one on his S4 and its almost invisible. Thing totally rules.
